Meters and More is pleased to share the highlights of its participation in Smart Grid Forums 2025, a key event bringing together smart grid professionals, utilities, and technology innovators to tackle the most pressing challenges in smart metering, interoperability, and grid modernization. The conference took place on March 19–20, 2025, and provided a dynamic platform for shaping the future of digital energy systems.

Representing the Association, Carlo Maria Drago, General Manager of Meters and More, led and moderated the Smart Metering track over the two-day forum. The sessions sparked insightful conversations on how utilities across Europe are implementing concrete solutions, making strategic decisions, and advancing digitalization in metering systems.

Reflecting on the event, Carlo Drago commented:
“A very good conference driven by high-quality content, where utilities played a central role by bringing their concrete solutions and decisions to the table. It was also a great opportunity to meet so many professionals interested in the future of smart metering. Having our track embedded in some of the broader sessions of the conference helped generate valuable contacts.”

The event also created a productive environment for networking, with many attendees expressing strong interest in Meters and More’s open and interoperable smart metering protocol. The high level of engagement reaffirmed the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in advancing smart grid technologies.

We would like to thank the Smart Grid Forums team, our partners, and all participants who contributed to making this event such a success. We look forward to continuing the conversation and building on the momentum created at Smart Grid Forums 2025.

Stay tuned for upcoming initiatives and events as we continue to support the digital transformation of energy systems.
