Meters and More goes overseas: our presence at Distributech 2023

On 7-9 February 2023, Meters and More attended Distributech 2023, which took place in San Diego, California, in the United States, an important step in enlarging the association’s presence worldwide.

Meters and More has joined the 2023 edition of Distributech, the leading energy fair in the Americas which takes place yearly. This was the first time the association attended an event overseas physically, and the outcome was positive.

The decision to attend the event comes from the strategy to further develop the association outside of the European continent. Meters and More already counts with a few members from South America, and is seeking to enlarge this number even more, especially after the association published a white paper on smart metering in Latin America, in collaboration with IDC.

Distributech was attended by members of the Board of Meters and More, who exhibited a pop-up stand showcasing the association’s Chain 1 and Chain 2. Several Meters and More members also attended and spoke at the event conference. The booth was visited by several attendees and interesting stakeholders, who got the chance to hear about the technology promoted by Meters and More and chat with some of our members.
